Shipping Policies

  • Please allow me at least 1-2 weeks to process orders. I make your soaps fresh to order every time! I am a small business, so it’s just me processing orders.

  • If your package becomes lost in the mail, I will replace your order as long as the tracking number shows it hasn’t been delivered.

  • I do not offer refunds or returns on soaps. I do offer refunds for jewelry or bookmarks. If an item is damaged upon arrival, I will replace before 30 days have passed since your order was delivered. Failure to communicate with me before the 30 day mark will result in no refund or replacement.
